Our Organisation

Odgers Berndtson was established in Shanghai in 2003 to provide executive search services to multinational and leading domestic companies. Today, the firm has four industry practice leaders and an overall staff of twenty.

The Shanghai office works closely with the Beijing and Hong Kong offices to form a seamless Greater China team.
