Norbert Graschi

Norbert Graschi, based at our Munich offices, joined Odgers Berndtson in 2011. As a Director and a member of the Industry Practices Technology (IT, Semiconductors) and Industrial, Mr Graschi supports companies seeking to fill top-level managerial positions and helps place high profile experts. He also has in depth knowledge of Audit – Human Asset Review® – and Senior Talent Development.

Mr Graschi completed his degree in Business Administration in Munich and in 1991 began a career in various companies in the information technology, automotive and semiconductor industries.

Before taking up consulting, he was a member of senior management at Siemens and responsible there for allocating key leadership positions below the board level. Before joining Odgers Berndtson he was a member of the management board at Amrop Delta Management Consultants in Munich.

Norbert Graschi is married and has a daughter. He and his family live to the west of Munich. He spends the little spare time he has pursuing his passion, dressage.
