Zoë Lewis is based in Birmingham and is a Partner in the Business & Professional Services Practice.
Since joining Odgers Berndtson in May 2001, she spent two years establishing the organisation’s middle management recruitment division before returning to the main stream Search business. She has completed a variety of Executive and Non-Executive positions within the business 2 business services marketplace, as well as focusing on the human resources and finance disciplines.
Zoë entered the recruitment world when she joined The Winchester Partnership as a Researcher, before being promoted to Account Manager for the automotive industry. In 1997, she moved to Nevard Roland Search-Selection as a generalist Consultant, where she focused upon the telecoms, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Zoë is a graduate from the University of Surrey, and began her career with Newbridge Networks.
