Roman Santini

Roman is a Partner and Director of Odgers Berndtson’s Brazilian office and has worked in executive search and professional services dedicated to human capital since 2008.

Prior to this, he was a Regional Director for Human Resources at companies in the consumer products sector such as Becton Dickinson, PepsiCo and Mars. In this capacity he recently covered the Asia/ Pacific region out of Singapore and encompassing China, Korea, India, Southeast Asia and Australia/ New Zealand. Before this assignment he held a Regional HR role for Eastern European region (Moscow), and was also responsible for the Latin American region, having lived in Mexico, USA and Brazil.

He has a graduate degree in Business Administration from the UADE (Universidad Argentina de Empresa - Argentina), having concluded an intensive program in Executive Coaching at the Columbia University in New York (USA).
