Michelle's background has provided her with extensive knowledge in the Healthcare and Educational sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson she had a very successful career with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. Progressive and expanding mandates in sales, marketing and management functions at the Regional and Corporate level involved ongoing interface with the medical community, representatives of major hospitals and healthcare associations. Her success can be directly attributed to her strong customer focus, sound business acumen and excellent people skills. A results-oriented approach ensures timely delivery of all assignments. Michelle's fluent bilingualism, professional approach and interpersonal skills enable a collaborative and comprehensive understanding of client requirements.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology and Chemistry) and Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of New Brunswick, and also holds certificates in advanced management programs. An accomplished facilitator she has led Teambuilding and Leadership sessions across Canada and the US.
