Merete Ingwersen

Merete Ingwersen is a Partner in the Copenhagen office. She specializes in high level assignments within a broad set of industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences and Business & Professional Services. Besides Executive Search, Merete takes a special interest in Leadership Development.

She has previous experience from a global consultancy firm and is a certified Executive Coach. Prior to entering the Consulting Business, Merete was a Senior Vice President with P&L responsibility in a major Danish insurance company and has more than 10 years experience from senior positions within the Financial Industry. During her career, Merete has headed a large number of successful change management projects and organizational development processes as well as projects involving business development, market strategy, product development and mergers.

Merete holds an LL.M. from the University of Aarhus.
