Ian Broadway

Ian Broadway is Principal in the Global Life Sciences Practice of Odgers Berndtson based in London. He handles senior assignments for a wide variety of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic, medical device & technology, diagnostic and consumer healthcare companies. His search experience covers both commercial and R&D roles at a local, regional and global level.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was Managing Director of a life science boutique search firm based in Switzerland and a European Practice Leader for the global executive search market leader. Ian’s early industry career was developed in both Sales and Marketing within blue chip pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare organisations at both a local and global level in the UK and Switzerland.

Ian graduated with Joint Hons. in Biology and Psychology from Keele University.
